During my time as a lawyer, yoga was primarily a tool to keep my ‘active mind’ seemingly under control. I was a ‘walking head’ but I had no clue then. RSI/burnout where necessary to figure out that the body is there to help you.
After this challenging time, I quit my job and started Startup Yoga, focusing on the soft practices (yin, restorative, Nidra). My mission: creating stress awareness and stress reduction. I love to assist you with releasing tension, (ac)knowledge stress signals and being able to relax, restore and recharge.
Depending on your needs and interests providing for more practical tools or – as a Bewustzijnscoach also – more spiritual. Either way by creating a safe space where you can be your true self and receive that which you need to grow, heal and recharge.
